Aleppo, Syria. 25/04/2016. Al-Ansari, the eastern neighbourhood of Aleppo, has been subjected to shelling, which has caused the death of a child and injuries to many civilians. The bombing was carried out by the regime through the use of long-range rockets fired from the Military Academy building in Aleppo. In recent days, the Syrian regime has been trying to intensify the bombing and to mobilise and strengthen its forces on the battlefronts in Aleppo. The opposing rebel factions have responded to the Syrian regime’s attacks in Aleppo by firing at the regime forces’ positions in the town
